Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date You received the Goods or from the date a third party appointed by You receives the product.

- The Goods are in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Goods
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired
- Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons after being unsealed
- Goods mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to You.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
